Preparing European Beach Soccer Superfinal

The Spanish beach soccer has completed today a short trining camp to prepare the European Beach Soccer Superfinal, the last title of this season, which begins tomorrow in Catania (Sicily). Eight teams will participate in the final, and Spain has been fitted in the Group B, with Switzerland, Russia, Italy and Portugal.

During the stay in CAR, twelve players selected by Joaquín Alonso have alternated physical preparation, work on the beach soccer field and also tactic and technical talks in the classroom.

After the Super League, the squad will participate in European qualifying for the World Championship, to be held in September in Italy. In this competition, spain will be in Group E. Sixteen teams will participate in the qualyfing tournament, and four of them (the first one from each group) will access to the World Championship.

Joaquín Alonso, is on the Ceter from fifteenth August to impart a FIFA formation for trainers of the regional federations. Alonso is also the coach of female team, that in July was champion of his first international competition, European Cup.
