European silver for the junior men’s water polo team

The junior men’s water polo team, made up largely of players trained in the Catalan Federation’s group in the High Performance Centre of Sant Cugat (CAR), has been proclaimed European runner-up in the category, which was played in Podgorica (Montenegro)
The team, which has been concentrating in the CAR since the beginning of August, to prepare for the tournament under the orders of coach Chus Martín, had reached the final undefeated, where it was defeated by Serbia.
This has been the last international water polo competition of the long 2021-22 season, a season in which the teams of this sport, both female and male and in the different categories, have won eight international medals, all after preparing at our Centre.
