The High Performance Centre of Sant Cugat is the place chosen by many groups from different countries for stays of preparation during the winter months, sharing the training with the CAR pentathletes. This 2012, during the months of January and February have passed through the center pentathletes groups from Ukraine, Germany, Hungary, Belarus, Russia, Britain, Portugal, Ireland, Canada and Latvia. Usually all groups make these stages in the High Performance Center each year.
The swimming team from Flanders, the Belgian region, is doing a stage in the High Performance Center during two weeks. During the stay, they are training in the pool of the New Module from the center to prepare their national competitions, starting with the Belgium Open Championship that will be on March.
The Spanish synchonized swimming team has won gold medal in all the tests that it have participated in the IV Open Absolute Asisa Championship during the past weekend at the Can Llong pool in Sabadell (Barcelona). The teams train daily in the pool at the new CAR moduel leaded by Anna Tarrès and the second coach Beth Fernandez.
The "blanc i blau" team is doing control tests this week at the CAR Sant Cugat facilites. Small groups of players will be coming to value their muscle status during the week.
The closing act of the first quarter of the school year in the High School of High Perfomance Center was hold yesterday.
